Stephen Schaefer is a NOVA/Maryland artist, having graduated from Shepherd University with the top prize of all art majors. He has curated art shows and gatherings in the Harpers Ferry area, and had graciously consented to help in hanging the Artists' Cartel show. Stephen is strictly an "old skool" photographer, longing for the darkroom and the chemicals. His current work employs multiple exposures sewn into a single, unique creation.
